We work therefore with all text editors, as well as with more complex software. The usage of the most modern communiation technologies is essential for us, allowing you tocontact us at any time of the day and night. Each language group works under the supervision of its own co-ordinator who is at your disposal and will offer you advice. When consideringthe main languages, we employ our own translators and interpreters. OPEN-MINDEDNESS We are open-minded about the interests of our clients and apply an open commercial and pricing policy, independent of pricing recommandations and terms. Prices are determined by the market. Our basic charge is the final price, without any additional charges that irritate customers and make it impossible to allow a basic charge for an order. The dates of delivery our clients desire are binding for us. Orders received are filled in time and accurately, at the fixed price (see our price list). NETWORK Universality of knowledge only is not saticfactory. Translating texts requires a high level of language and expert knowledge as well as an established network of qualified experts.
